Is the DJI Fly app updated when the RC 2 firmware is updated
Or is it a separate update I have to do?

Hi, fans192e41c4. Thank you for reaching out. The built-in DJI Fly cannot be upgraded separately at the moment, the App version will be updated along with the DJI RC 2 firmware. Hope this helps.

My fly app on rc2 crashed and I clicked the option to uninstall (hoping for a clean reinstall with firmware v2.00.0500 but it never reinstalls and leaves the controller broken. Just says 'device setting up' as cannot load fly app but I can drag up to can get to files app.

I need to get DJI fly 1.12.8 installed - how do I do it, could I get a special APK? Is there a way to force an install?

Thank You for reaching out. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Unfortunately, NO. DJI Fly app is not available to uninstall on reinstall on DJI RC's. May I know what kind of issue are you facing with your DJI RC2. You can update to latest firmware by connected to the Internet (connected with Wifi), enter the DJI Fly App, click [Profile] - [Settings] - [About] - [Check For Updates] to detect the latest version of the app and update it. If you are having issue of the app crash please proceed to restart the RC and update the firmware.

no don't think so DJI doesn't allow any of this

I had questions.. Do DJI Fly app on RC 2 similar on mobile version on android and Ios or is there's any difference?
