Very much. 50% is done. Tomorrow I will start with the other half.
But that is just the bare minimum, there is a lot more I have to do.

It's still a great start.  Stay at it and eventually it will all be done.

It certainly isn't but appears to be an ongoing issue for them.

If it's embedded in the company structure and moral, it's hard to overcome.

You're right about that.  The best they can hope for is to cling onto their share of the parcel service market.
