Battery Communication Error

Hello DJI forum, any suggestions for this problem?
My Mini 3 Pro reports a Battery Communication Error on the RC Controller and does not show the battery level or battery SN.

Observations:
- Mini 3 Pro shows left LED light blinking after drone is turned on
- All 3 batteries behave the same, but one battery shows two LED lights in charger and does not charge. Other 2 batters charge normally but produce the same error.
- Have checked firmware on each battery and fly app reports all are current
- Have tried refreshing firmwar with DJI Assistant 2 and each drone/battery combination fails at 87%
- Have used factory supplied cable
- Drone was working normally last week, no hard landings or crashes experienced with this drone.

Thanks for any tips to try to resolve this.

Hello, thanks for asking. YES! DJI's return / diagnose / fix / ship process was very well communicated and generous because my Mini3Pro had no coverage. Their online tracking tool monitoring the progress of the return made it really easy. Very satisfied.

Hi there. Sorry about the trouble. If you are encountering the said error above, please try the procedures below:
1. Try another battery (if any).
2. If the issue is resolved after using another battery, it indicates that the battery is malfunctioning.
3. If the issue persists after multiple battery replacement attempts, it is recommended to wipe the metal contact pins on the battery or the aircraft body with isopropyl alcohol (with a concentration greater than 75%).
4. Refresh the firmware via DJI Assistant 2 on the computer, insert the battery into the aircraft body, connect it to a computer, and refresh the firmware. You can download the Assistant 2 to your computer here: https://www.dji.com/downloads/so ... sumer-drones-series
