Does the M4P has the same Batterys as the M3P?

The Mini 4 Pro battery is about 3 grams lighter than the Mini 3 Pro battery !

If a Mini 3 Pro battery is inserted into the M4P, the 250g will be exceeded

If M4P battery is inserted into the M3P drone it becomes slightly lighter

Thanks for the info. this will be great for the M3P pilots who want to up grade although I'll probably just wait till the next drone comes out in 11 months

Im not convinced it will exceed 250grams,  if that was the case I dont think DJI would have allowed them to fit as you'd being flying a C0 drone with a <249g label on it which would be inaccurate.

There are weight measurements on YT that clearly show that with a Mini 3 Pro battery in the Mini 4 Pro
this then weighs over 250 grams, which is of course also the case when this stronger battery is used

But not on proper scales only kitchen scales which are usually not accurate enough to weigh to the degree needed.

I must disagree, these so-called kitchen scales are very accurate,
it is not about milligrams but only 1 gram resolution ...

Mine are out by 5 grams compared with my jewellers scales

If I use the new slightly lighter and slightly more powerful batteries of the Mini 4 Pro

with the Mini 3 Pro, the Mini 3 Pro should actually have a slightly longer flight time ?

You are 100% correct. I Just weighed the M4P with the M3P battery inserted, this increased the M4P by 3 grammes.

The new Mini 4 battery also has a higher 2590 to 2453

I have now once weighed my Mini 3 Pro battery on two different precision balances (one goes to 500g the other to 100g) and the result was almost identical but higher than specified: 81.4g & 81.5g And my Mini 3 Pro also weighs in original condition not 249g but 250g ? Exactly this 1 gram extra weight with my battery brings my Mini 3 Pro probably on the 250g and not as indicated on 249g !

The plus batterys bring the m3p above the 250 gram limit I think. it brings them up to 252-253grams?

I do not know as i have no plus battery with longer flight time

Tthe "Plus" battery is significantly heavier at 121 grams !
