Hi,

I am having problems getting a GPS lock after updating to the latest firmware on my Phantom 2 Vision +.

I had no problem flying this morning with GPS, however after updating the Main Controller and P330CB as advised via the Phantom Vision 2 assistant this afternoon I was not able to get a GPS lock. I did all the pre flight setups as usual but was not able to to get any satellite connections.

The hardware all seems to be working fine and I have no problem connecting to the DJI VISION App on my smart phone.

Any advice woudl be greatly appreciated.

Did you do any hardware updates like the new motors and esc's?

Yes I have updated all the firmware as advised by the Vision 2 Assistant for both the controller and the V2+ drone. I also updated to the latest App on my iOS.
Not sure what you mean about the LED light?
When I power up controller and drone I get 6 flashing yellow light as usual
I flick the S1 switch multiple times and rotate the drone 360 degrees and get solid green
I then flip the drone and rotate 360 as usual and get 6 flashing yellow

At this point after waiting a short time I will usually get satellite lock and green flashing, sometimes this can take a few minutes - but since the update I only get flashing yellow and NO satellite lock.

My smartphone is connected and I can see my camera vision, take photos and video so the feed is good. The Satellite icon however is still grey with no lock. I have also tried multiple locations in areas I have had no problem getting satellite connections.

I appreciate any insight.

No, I haven't updated the hardware in any way and I was flying perfectly fine till the software update.

It seems that you can fly and take video normally,
but is unusual on App.is that right?

the you still have problem, then you have to send it return to the place you bought it.
