Good morning,
I wanted to ask you the voltage and current output from the USB C present on the drone Matrix 300.

Thank you

The Matrice 300 RTK cannot be used for charging an external device.
This is, however, available through the SDK development.
The Matrice 300 RTK supports the PSDK gimbal power supply and the OSDK power supply using the Extended Power Port (XT30) (a Matrice 300 RTK OSDK Expansion Module is required.)
The PSDK port output voltage is 13.6 V or 17 V, and the maximum current is 4 A. (The default output voltage of the PSDK port is 13.6 V. If the user considers the power to be insufficient, use API to apply for a high power. At this point, the PSDK output voltage will be changed to 17 V.)
The constant voltage of the OSDK port output is 24 V, and the maximum current is 4 A. The combined power of the four SDK ports is limited to 180 W.

This might be the most helpful, knowledge filled reply I've ever seen from an admin on this site. Well done Mindy, other admins here should use this as inspiration.

I just see a lousy copy paste. The answer is 24V/4A.

The rest is blah blah about something which obviously she has no clue. Because, in this case she might as well copy and paste until the end and mention the X-port parameters as well.

13.6/17 this is typical for skyportV2 not for the USB socket. Good luck finding the 17V option in the API without skyport.

Even if this was just copy and pasted at least she took the time to search for it. I've been noticing a growing trend from admins that goes something like this...

User:  *simple question that is a Google search away from an answer*
Admin: Hi, LazyIdiot69, thank you for the inquiry. Let me forward this to our related team for an answer. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

One of two things will happen. 1). The admin is never heard from again on the thread and one of us answers it, or 2). One of us answers it and a few days later the admin bust in with breaking news which just repeats what we had already said.

What's the point of a customer support role when half the questions these days are just forwarded to someone else? And at what point does your job become unnecessary overhead?
