It is connected to my home network and the internet is working fine.

The lines are too busy.... Try again early in the morning when the US is as sleep...

If anyone is having the same problem, :
Connect the controller to your computer and use DJI assistant 2 to update it first.
Disconnect from your computer then restart the controller and drone.
Normal update via wifi will now work.

None of this is working for me. Downloading updates for my brand new Mini 4 Pro (not even flown yet) get stuck at 1% when trying to update with controller and 3% when using DJI Assistant 2.

NO way around this?

Maybe try at a different time of the day, when DJI servers mightn't be as busy.

Mine had the problem that it wouldn't connect to the wifi network and the update through assistant fixed that.

Same issue  on my mini 4 pro. stuck at 1% using the remote control. Tried the Assistant 2 app, got stuck at 1% too.
Has anyone found a resolution for this? thanks!
