Is there a list of devices and Operating Systems supported by the ground station?

For example I'm looking to buy Dell Venue Pro 8" tablet with Win 8.1 does this support GS?

You can also get this tablet with Android which I dont think is supported by GS

Sorry to tell u that GS can only run in Ipad.

Is this likely to change as Windows 8.1 tablets are getting more and more popular?

Could this be raised as a request and discussed in the next "DJI" meeting???

Surly you would run the PC version of ground station on a windows tablet (intel of course)

Bloomy, you have to be very careful who you listen to when on a forum. The GS works on both a PC and an Ipad. However, be careful if wanting to run on an Ipad, as it will not run on anything older than an Ipad Air/Ipad 3.

I can get a really good discount on  http://www.dell.com/uk/p/dell-venue-8-pro-3845-tablet/pd making a lot more than half the price of an Ipad Air/Ipad 3 so was just trying to find out if the GS would be supported on this model with Win 8.1, but I seem to be getting mixed information, some saying it wont some saying it would

Thought it would be an easy question or someone from DJI could tell me for sure one way or the other

I know this is an older post , but the 2.4 ghz iPad groundstation works just fine on my first version iPad Mini.
