There is a problem with the JPG files (and RAW files converted to JPG) from my Mini 4 Pro when compared to my Mini 3 Pro.

The image on the left is from the Mini 3 Pro and the one on the right is from the Mini 4 Pro.

This is the first time I've flown my Mini 4 Pro and have not changed any settings.

You can prob tidy that up with the style settings, but i bet it looks much sharper than the Mini 3 Pro when zoomed out...

My bad!  I'd not changed any default settings and later found out the Mini 4 Pro was set at a fairly high ISO.  So, I've changed the ISO to 100 and repeated the test.  The Mini 4 Pro JPGs are much better than the Mini 3 Pro.

Your Mini 3 pro image would look a lot better too if it wasn't taken so close and the lens was able to focus properly.

The focus was fine because I was about 5 metres away.  The photo shows a cropped part of the image.

All sorted anyway since setting the ISO to 100 but thanks for your message.

It's obviously not in focus.
If it was, it would look just as good as the other example.
