Hello everyone! Yesterday I had the opportunity to update Android 13 to 14 on Google Pixel. I remember that the last time we updated from Android 12 to 13, we had to wait about half a year before Dji Mimo App started working on Android 13. Can anyone confirm that Dji Mimo App works without problems and can connect to cameras on Android 14? I would love to check it myself, but I'm going on vacation and I need to have a working application.

When I click on the application on my Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G phone with Android 14 installed, nothing opens. A black screen appears for a split second, I think it will open, but unfortunately nothing opens.

Hi, arabee. Sorry about the trouble. Please try clearing the mobile phone cache and ensure that the mobile phone has enough storage available (10G or more is recommended). Hard restart the mobile phone. Hi there. Sorry about the trouble. Beta system versions may not be compatible. DJI does not currently have a Mimo for Beta versions.

I am on OnePlus 11R and Android 14. This is Aug 2024. And still there are compatibility issues. I installed the app 2 days back to use with my new OSMO Mobile 6. The app worked flawlessly. But I just tried to reopen the app and the app loads upto the splash screen where the DJI logo is shown and nothing happens beyond that. The app remains stuck there. As a hardware manufacturer which requires specialized software to use the hardware developing 100% compatible software should be your first priority. You are just so busy releasing new DJI Drone and hardware device versions every year that forget the basics of customer convenience. Android 14 is not a new thing anymore. You still don't have this inevitable software update in your bucket list. This is disgusting! I will make sure I spread the word as much possible as a blogger. Doesn't matter how cutting edge hardware you manufacture, unless the peripheral hardware is not compatible with latest phones and OS, it's still a crap!

Hello, I tried to install the dji mimo application for my dji mobil 6 but after downloading my phone tells me that it cannot install the application because it is not compatible. What should I do? (I have a samsung a13 5G under android 14)

I have just bought the dji pocket 3 and downloaded the android mimo app from your website but the app is not working (nothing happens, just shows dji logo). Because of this I can't activate my dji pocket 3 so can't use it. My phone is a google pixel 5a android 14. Please help!

we used the DJI Osmo 5 with the Google Pixel 7a, so far everything worked smoothly.
But now the app can no longer be opened in the latest version and it stops as soon as the DJI logo appears.
Pixel 7a with Android 14 (security patch August 1)
DJI Mimo 2.0.12
It would not be bad if it is fixed soon, because we have to work with it to produce videos!

Google Pixel 8 Pro

The app did work when I tested it when I first got my Pocket 3, three weeks ago.

But once I took my 1st video and wanted to connect, the app no longer worked.

The app just stopped as soon s the DJI logo appears.

I've been battling this problem for the last 2 weeks.
Uninstalling, redownloading and reinstalling at least once daily to try to get this thing working...

Please help us

Hallo zusammen, ich habe das gleiche Problem mit dem Pixel 7Pro.
Android 14 mit aktuelle Mimo App. 2.0.12.

App wurde vor zwei Tagen heruntergeladen.
Habe sie mehrmals deinstalliert und auch neu installiert. Habe auch den Cache der App gelöscht.

Beim starten bleibt entweder der Schirm schwarz oder man sieht nur das DJI Logo. Sonst tut sich nichts.
Ich nutze das OM5.
Habe zum Test die App auf einem IPhone installiert. Hier läuft es.

DJI did a good job this time... They came to the game pretty quickly...

I just spread the words...
