Which Lte dongle support  Matrice 350 RTK drone and Rc pro plus ?

I bought this one on eBay:

But that only provides a cellular data connection for the RC Plus controller. Outside of China and Australia and some other places, installing one in the drone will not allow you to fly it by using the cellular network.
In most other places, like the the US and Canada, the relative administrations have not allowed it and DJI can't implement it without their approval.

I am bringing the topic back to ask if anyone has used the Matrice 350 RTK 4G Dongle Kit.  Does it transfer RTK data from controller via 4G network during flight mission (in many cases during missions in mountainous forest areas i have controller signal lost  periodically).

Also I notice that in some countries like the USA or Singapore the dongle is not available in DJI store. It is possible that there are countries that do not allow use of that product and if yes where can i find which are they.
