Hi All,
My Mavic Air 2 batteries are warm to the touch and the bottom of them are bulging.  They are bulging to the point where I can spin them around.

Is this normal?

Bulging is a sign that your batteries are outgassing. Sadly they are toast - time to buy some new ones. Some owners have flown with bulging batteries and had them pop out of the drone with a resulting crash.

Hi, fans14e93630. Thank you for reaching out. Do you mean like they are swollen? If yes, these are the possible reason that causes that issue:

1) The battery has been charged and discharged many times, and the gas generated in the battery cell will gradually accumulate, which causes the battery to swell.
2) The battery has not been properly maintained after being placed for a long time (more than half a year), and the battery cell is swollen after being charged and discharged.

If the unit is still under warranty, you may send it in for a diagnosis. If the warranty period has expired, you are recommended to buy a new battery. Hope this helps. Thank you for your kind understanding and support.
