Hello Beautiful People,
I was a GoPro user for over 7 years and recently bought Action 4 but regretted the decision Due to horrible audio.
how many of you are experiencing the same? any solution Guys ??

Thank you very much for your prompt response. Regarding your case, could you please provide a picture of the way the Osmo Action 4 was mounted, and export the log of the camera for us to investigate further?

The way to export the log:
1. Go to camera unit System Settings - Device Info. Tap “Export Logs”.
2. Connect the Osmo Action 4 to a computer via a USB cable.
3. Select “File Transfer”. Go to “My Computer”. Find the corresponding disc for the Osmo Action 4.
4. Export all log files and zip them and send it to us.
