Another morning of heavy rain today.
And we're going on a day-trip later.

First location reached. Two Flights in and so far we have dodged the rain but not my least 2 favourite roads.  

Fingers crossed for the day trip.

Well done for the two flights. Awful weather here all day.  Got some Pocket2 action, but I may as well have left the drone at home. The trip was interesting though. Mostly managed to keep out of the rain.

Just arrived at our cottage for the week, we left at 5am so it been a long day,     4 flights total,  three locations,   had to cut the last one short as the rain started.   3rd flight was also a bit of a dud as the weather/other conditions were not what I was after for the target.     And then a low military helicopter came shooting over the top.

As we got closer and higher to the cottage we ended up in the clouds and rain,     40ft visibility here at the moment,   hoping it gets better.

Thanks DT,    it really is though a roll of the dice to what you may get.    This morning we are up in the clouds again here,   my map says we are 250ft above sea level so not even that high.

When Im at home then I tend to be up and out before blue hour for most of the year except the summer months as thats just too early.    Currently travelling and so I'll only head out that early with a purpose in mind.

I used to work on the racetrack 5am every morning. I don't miss that.

The extra water vapor begins to condense out of the air parcel in the form of tiny liquid water droplets and a cloud is formed.  Or so I remember from science class a long time ago.

I was just reading a book on the area here and it explained the phenomenon as being caused by the weather coming off the Atlantic finding its first hills to deal with.
