Great shot!    Many times minimalist is the way to go on a shot and it worked perfect on this one for sure.  

I'm just floating here waiting to go for a sail.

We could have done with a boat for our day-trip yesterday. Persistent rain from dawn 'til dusk. Almost a wash-out. I should have left the drone at home.

It was an interesting visit - the guide was well-informed. Couldn't do any outside filming due to the downpours. And photography indoors was restricted.

Trying very hard to plan the route around this part of the world with the weather in mind,   but it's been tricky so far.  

Be difficult to work out which way is up DAF. I'd be on the home point the whole way

You have fog, water & low light conditions. Be easy to confuse your height UNLESS you have a big boat sitting in frame. That'd work.

Distance isn't really the problem, more the state of the roads.  so many single lanes with passing points that it's hard work getting anywhere.

I hear that.  I remember a trip I made years back in Northern Scotland and some of the roads were single lane and you were in trouble if you got behind a slow moving lorry or somebody herding sheep alongside the road.

Not ideal driving conditions whatsoever.  No doubt a real challenge at night or early  morning if the fog has set in.
