Please try to discharge the specific battery that has the issue and please re-charge it again using your DJI charger and see if the issue persists. If the issue persists, I'm afraid that there is already damage on the battery that we cannot fix remotely. If the battery is no longer under warranty, it is recommended that you purchase a new one to ensure a safe flight. Thank you for your understanding and support. |
