Hi DJI members, I have a Phantom 4 and need to reinstall the firmware which appears to no longer be available.  Can someone please help me to find where I can access it from.  DJI won't help me even after I paid $329 for a new control board in the controller knowing I wouldn't be able to get the firmware.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think I need V02.00.0810, I have a Phantom 4.

Yes, it got to 36% then stopped, multiple times

When upgrade failure occurs for the first time, please restart the device to upgrade again. If DJI Assistant 2 is used, please wait a moment for the pop-up messages promting you to upgrade the firmware. Do not upgrade the firmware manually selecting a firmware version.
When upgrade failure occurs, screenshot the error code and display page shown in DJI Assistant 2.

Hi Wanda, I have done all that and upload to the drone from Assistane 2 gets to 36% THEN STOPS.

No, no error code, just shows that I only got to 36% to the drone.

Please double-check the storage and network condition. Also remember to remove the SD card before updating the firmware. If the issue still persists, please provide the screeshot so that we could forward to our engineer team and try to further identify the issue. Thanks.

Hi Thor, It appears to me that DJI is not going to help me with an issue with their product.  Very disappointed with DJI after sales service: buy our product and then you are on your own.

Sorry for the inconvenience. DJI Phantom 4 has suspended service and support since July 15,2023. We really want to help you resolve the issue remotely because we will no longer provide you with services for these products involving product inquiries, technical support, and product maintenance as of the date of service suspension.
