Hello!

My friend bought my Mini Pro 3 , and shot in D-Cinelike profile with my drone near a lake this afternoon and got this strange bug on the video,
this is the original visual he exported from the drone mini SD,
Do you have any idea on which kind of issues could cause this poor unsteady and blurry video output ?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Please try to follow the steps below and check whether the issue persists. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

1. It is recommended to either increase the exposure time by using an ND filter or adjusting the camera parameters, or reducing the flight attitude angle to get a better picture effect.

2. Check whether the gimbal is released from the limit buckle. If not, calibrate the gimbal and IMU in the DJI Fly app, and then check whether the issue still exists.

3. Please check whether the issue still exists when using the internal storage to shoot videos

4. Update/refresh the firmware via DJI Assistant 2 software. You may download the software using this link: https://www.dji.com/global/downl ... sumer-drones-series

Maybe they should make it opaque. That way nobody will mistake its purpose as a windshield.
I admit, the first time I saw a drone with the gimbal protector on, I assumed that's what it was.
But hasten to add, when I got my own I read the instructions and knew it must be removed.

That's a really weird thing to have happen.
Looking at the video it's a vertical vibration. Does it happen when the aircraft isn't flying ?

I'd like it if there were words on the gimbal protector that would appear on your screen, "hey idiot, you left the guard on"!
