Likava Castle, shot by my Mini 2.
The castle was exhibited between 1335 and 1341. In 1431, it was seized by the Hussites, who controlled it until the Battle of Lipan in 1434. Subsequently, it fell to the Hunyady family. During the fifteenth century it underwent reconstructions; after the demise of Liptovský Castle, it became a royal castle. It was devastated in 1707 in the battle between the rebels of F. Rákoczi and the imperial troops.
The ruin is open to the public in the summer. Only the reconstructed tower is accessible.

Amazing view of what remains of that old castle. Interesting that it is accessible to the public, even if only for the summer.
Thank you very much for your opinion and I am glad that you like the castle.
