Start of the way back home: A glimpse at McDermott's Castle on a small island in Lough Key, Boyle Abbey (an unplanned stop), Roscommon Castle (in an authorization zone) to the main sight: Clonmacnoise, a monastic site of great importance from 544 to 1552 on the banks of the River Shannon.
The Rock of Dunamase is well worth a stop as well: castle ruins from the 12th century on a rocky knoll. Cute Brownshill Dolmen with its 150 ton top stone. Ballyloughan Castle from afar and a dip in the Atlantic.
Drones: DJI Mini 3 Pro, iFlight Nazgul Evoque (GoPro 10 and O3), Flywoo Explorer LR 4 O3, additional footage by DJI Osmo Pocket.
Another great compilation Seb. Some amazing ruins on view. I like the speed ramp effect, and I've been practising it in Davinci until I've got the hang of it. Did YOU have a dip in the Atlantic too, I wonder?

Thanks a lot. Last one of Ireland...
Yes, speed ramping can be very cool. Best I think with a steady (and maybe helped by the POI function) circle. Key is IMO smooth footage and a gradual change of the speed.
I edit in Final Cut and it has an option "optical flow" that calculates the pictures in-between so it really is smooth.

Yes there's a similar function in Davinci which smoothly increases the speed at the beginning, and then just as smoothly decreases it back to normal speed at the end.

You're welcome.
Nice to see the different kind of drones and their 'way of flying' plus the Pocket, which gives some variation that you otherwise don't get (with just one camera system)
