No, it'a  private charity trust. Search the image with Google Lens ( or equivalent) and it will tell you where it is.

Once I overcame my dislike of G I installed it and it worked like a charm.

It works sometimes particularly if someone else has posted a similar image of the same location and given a description. But with aerial shots that's less common.

I took the photo during our rainy visit to Hoghton Tower last week.
I've known about it for a long time, but we got the chance to take a guided tour.That's the famous hall where King John is supposed to have Knighted an exceptional cut of beef he was served. Hence - Sirloin.
It's just a myth, of course. Sirloin comes from the old English(French) name for it - surlogne, which these days is called faux-fillet or aloyau.
