Logged in today and got a verification code I had to enter....
I wrote the code and got another one.....
I should fly near a military base.
After 9 attempts I gave up
.....DJI just gave me new codes and when I wrote them I had to log in again.
Seems I were logged out trying to enter verification code.
A nightmare.
And no flying.

I enter the code (4 letters or 3 letters and a number) in the box- and then I have to do it agian and agian....

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. It's case-sensitive and ensures that there are no spaces. Have you also already tried restarting the remote before trying again?
Same problem here Mavic 2 Zoom, (Brazil). It is dissapointing I already tried all possible tips from Dji and users. Verification code simply never is correct. May 2024

Same bull..., different day. Verification code errors over and over again. No answers here. Yes I tried restarting my $700 remote many times. IF that were the fix it would be unacceptable. It was not the fix. Where is our help??
My DJI RC pro remote won’t allow or accept the verification code when entered. Won’t allow me to fly. Have to film a football game tonight and need a solution asap
