Flying in Bergen with my Mavic 2 pro.

Logged in today and got a verification code I had to enter....
I wrote the code and got another one.....
I should fly near a military base.

After 9 attempts I gave up
.....DJI just gave me new codes and when I wrote them I had to log in again.
Seems I were logged out trying to enter verification code.
A nightmare.
And no flying.

It was a commercial job.

I enter the code (4 letters or 3 letters and a number) in the box-  and then I have to do it agian and agian....

I am having the same issue. I have entered the code many times and no success at getting unlocked.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. It's case-sensitive and ensures that there are no spaces. Have you also already tried restarting the remote before trying again?

Same problem here Mavic 2 Zoom, (Brazil). It is dissapointing I already tried all possible tips from Dji and users. Verification code simply never is correct. May 2024

where do i get my verification code please ???

Same bull..., different day. Verification code errors over and over again. No answers here. Yes I tried restarting my $700 remote many times. IF that were the fix it would be unacceptable. It was not the fix. Where is our help??

My DJI RC pro remote won’t allow or accept the verification code when entered. Won’t allow me to fly. Have to film a football game tonight and need a solution asap

Same problem, I have put all letter or numbers together and not space at the end and worked

Hello.. yes it's a captcha related problem.. even after entering the right captcha it doesn't allow me to proceed with the registration

According to India Import Policy, Drones are 'prohibited' except for R&D and defense use. There are no DJI Authorized Retail Stores in India to sell drones. Simple consultations is available but aftersales repair service cannot be provided. Hope for your understanding and patience.

Hi, I have a new DJI RC 2 drone and I want to set it up but having problem with verification code.

I did not receive any code to continue setup of the drone.

I have this if issue too and I'm on a job site right now unable to fly. Dji Mavic 2 pro. Have restarted remote and app but captcha still not accepted. Tried upper case, lower case etc
