Hi I am having the same issue with the latest V 2.5.1.17 app The DJI Pilot app keeps crashing since updating to android 14.

I am having the same problem with the DJI Pilot V 2.5.1.17 app on my Android 14. Now I can't fly the Phantom 4 rtk. since update to latest versions on drone an controller for RID.

I'm having the same issue. Just constantly crashes. I uninstalled and reinstalled from the DJI website. And just constantly crashes. My drone is now unusable.

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Currently the DJI DJI Pilot APP can run stably on Android 12. Android 13or above may be crashed. It is suggested to switch another mobile and try, thanks.

no it is not possible without investing in other equipment. We purchased a $7000 Phantom 4 RTK that wont run because you wont maintain the Pilot app. We are on version 14, how do we fix????

Still does not work, we are all left with unuseable drones, what is taking so long?? This is not acceptable, its a shambles, my drone is a door stop until dji finnal sort the android 14 issue

Yesterday i updated my phone (Xiami Poco F3)  to Lineageos 21 (android 14)
Since then the DJI fly app won't open. (white screen)

I have since downloaded the newest APK from the site and installed,
It still will not open. (white screen)

Strange since the app worked fine on LineageOS 19 (android 12) before.

Specs:

Poco F3
LineageOS 21
Android 14
DJI Fly V 1.13.2
Mavic Mini 1

I would love to have a solution ASAP so i can fly/use my drone again.

3) Download from the official website.

4) Cross test with another compatible mobile device to check whether it is caused by the compatible issue.

Pertaining to your issue, generally, devices not listed as supported mobile devices can also be used if their system versions are the same or later than those published on the DJI official website (Beta system versions may not be compatible), but their stabilization has not yet been verified. It is recommended that you download and install the app to test the basic functions, or go to a nearby outlet (if any) for product testing. Thank you for your understanding and support.

I have reinstalled the latest version of the app and am running the latest version of Android and it's still not working. Why was your app not regression tested on the latest android os!?! You have access to it well in advance. This is a massive failure.
If this were to happen on the apps I support, people would be working weekends and late into the night to get this sorted!

Then when fixed have an investigation why this happened.

Come on DJI, you make great drones, this really is an dismal.

Please provide an update to when (a date) this will be resolved.

Sure it's a google Pixel 8 Android 14 and a DJI mini 2... and it was refering to the DJI Fly app

I just had the pleasure of discovering that DJI doesn't intend to support Pixel 8 devices/Android 14.

I can only assume this is because of this unknown brand of devices by 'Google'.

I believe the March security update to Android 14 resulted in pretty much all DJI apps crashing or failing to start. The Ronin App worked on my OnePlus 5T with LineageOS 21/Android 14 until I applied the March security update.
Now it doesn't work on any of my LineageOS 21/Android 14 phones, OnePlus 5T, Fx-tec Pro-1X, OnePlus 11. It only works on my OnePlus 7T Pro because that's still running Android 13.

I can't even install the app on my pixel 6 pro, android 14

Is the phone no longer supported?

I have the same issue. Since Android updated to version 14 the DJI app on my Samsung Galaxy S11 Ultra crashes when starting it up.  I cannot get teh SW to start and can no longer operate myd rone.
