Yeah, Sometimes you get lucky and everything lines up. The boat, the bridge, the rail.

I decided to do a hard reset on my smart controller because I'm not going anywhere. Seems to have cleaned up allot.

I had to do the same a couple of months ago as the log files were filling it up and they just wouldn't clear properly.

It started to affect my flights so I wiped it. They don't make another remote for the mavic 2 pro. They discontinued the phone controller.Not sure what to do with it for automated flights. I guess I'll have to use the Air 2S with the phone remote.

wind gusts 25-30 tonight. 64% cloud cover. probably wont happen, But I'll edit video. Good thing to do during downtime. I have three Drone jobs Wed, Thurs and Friday. Looks Like the weather will be OK for that so I'll take it.

Sorry to hear that bad weather forecast.  Maybe they will reschedule the event to a date in the near future.

Still windy and wet here again today.  Forecast called for clear with highs in the mid to upper 80s.  That's not happening.  At least it is a warm day, albeit wet outside.

Check eBay for a remote you might get lucky.

I go truck with DJI this year,   my smart controller had some hair line cracks in the plastic and they replaced it for free with a new one which was super nice.

It was,  you're never sure what they will do,  but they paid for shipping back to the Netherlands and within days sent a new one back.

I have to say I'm usually not dissapointed with their service. I did that hard reset on my controller and couldn't get back into flight mode yesterday. They stayed on chat with me for twenty minutes and had me download a new version of the smart controller app and it worked flawlessly but if I didn't contact them I would have never known about the new download.

I will tell you that the hard reset cleared off 2/3 of the used space on the controller.
