Hi All.

I own a Mavic 2 Pro Zoom.

When I power up the drone and smart controller and click on the three dots in the top right and go to settings, there is no gimbal icon.

All of my Firmware is up to date.

It means I can’t adjust the gimbal settings.

Can anyone help please?

Hello there. Sorry about the inconvenience. It should be underneath the Aircraft battery icon. May we please see what's showing on your end?

As you can see under the battery icon there is no gimbal icon.

Thank you very much for the effort. Have you already tried refreshing your remote's firmware using the DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic? You can download it from your computer here: https://www.dji.com/global/downl ... ant-dji-2-for-mavic

I've tried clicking on that suspecting that might be the issue. Unfortunately the Assistant is no longer available because the Zoom is no longer in production. So if that is the solution there is no solution.

Hello there. The link I posted will direct you to the download page. The DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic is still downloadable. Are you getting an error when trying to download it?

Yes because my computer is a Mac and it's only compatible with Mac IOS 11 or earlier. I use Sonoma which is 14. So not compatible.  Is there a go around for this? I doubt there is a Mac user anywhere in the world who is still using operating system 11.
