Phantom 4 pro.  Flies fine.  Operates fine.  

Went out and got some killer shots yesterday.  Looked down at the reord button b4 I powered down, 13 minutes of great stuff.  Stopped recording, powered down, went home and slid the sd into my computer and 2 large files ({including the above) gone.  Not there.  Then, used to ones that were there, and now, mysteriously they are gone.  Happened last week as well.  Thought I messed up then.  Very careful yesterday, and poof, gone.  Not in trase, deleted.  Just freaking gone.  What a waste.  

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Can you please confirm what specific DJI product are you using? Are you using the standard DJI Phantom 4 or the Phantom 4 Pro? Also, try to back up all the files on your SD card and reformat it then have a test flight to further isolate the issue. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
