Im not sure there is a hook of Poland,  although there is very little in the hook of holland apart from a train station and ferry terminal.       I had a job persuading the passport people to stamp my passport the first time I went through there.

It's sole purpose is the ferry to the UK I think.
And maybe a couple of other ferries.
And some related activities of course.
Why was that difficult?

They really didnt want to do it.   Turns out the stamp is a picture of a little boat.   

I seem to recall there were some really tiny houses near the railway too.

I just went for a walk around the area on street view and the hook has totally changed from what I remember.

On street view a section of the railway is missing and barriered off,  and Im sure thats where we caught the train from.

I got off the train and had a wander about until the next train came through and thought it matched the song quite nicely.

For me, Rotterdam is all about the harbor. Not the city itself. But there are a lot of people that think differently.

I think it's probably also changed a lot since I was there.   Im also not sure which train station I got off,  there seems to be one near that port that looks a bit rougher than the rest of the city.

If it was Central, that has not changed much I think.
