I’m having trouble live streaming with my Air 3. Is it because I’m using the RC 2 controller instead of RC-N2? Everytime I get the stream address from YouTube or Facebook it fails. What am I doing wrong?

Hello, there. DJI RC 2 supports RTMP streaming. Whether it supports a specific live streaming platform depends on whether that platform supports RTMP streaming. May we know what error messages when you failed to livestream on Facebook or Youtube?

Same like me. That's problem is rc2 new firmware. Only have720P dan can't streaming. Always buffer.. i'm use dji mini 4 pro and rc2. When i try rcn2, that's not problem. My RC2 Firmware 02.00.0000.

after I got an answer from Tony DJI.  He said that the rc2 doesn't have an internal mic, so it needs a mic with USB C so it doesn't error when streaming... and my streaming problem was solved by using my USB C handsfree. But problem why only have 720p? Where is 1024p streaming in rc2?

Hi, currently, we confirmed that DJI RC 2 only supports 720 p when live streaming.
