Today i had a prop flying away, and off course my Avata fell from the sky like a brick(10m altitude). Thankfully i was flying over a field. The drone is in good shape. Bought new props and install them after a cleanning from the dust but i am kinda worry?! Any ideas ,should i send it in?

Thanks very much for your reply. My AVATA is under the 2 year warranty(standard buyers warranty) ,is this damage and repair if need covered under this, or i will have to pay checkup fees,repair fees,shipping etc.

Well, that's pretty nice; how do you get a 2-year DJI warranty for drones, is that a UK thing?  Is that standard because in America, we only get 1-year manufacturer's warranty at time of purchase.

I am not in UK, i am.in EU ,in all EU countries all electronic products including DJI products get 2 year manufacturers warranty.

I think he is using a VPN as his first post shows location in Cyprus and 2nd post shows location in UK.  That is a really sweet deal to have a 2 year warranty.

After a year, but not so many flights, but it also happened to me late last month (November 2023). One of the propellers was exploded in mid-air. Here it is .... I don't know what the cause is. So I'd better changed all the blades.
