I hope you are all well. My name is Luis, and I work with a Phantom 4 Advanced. I am writing to you from Pamplona, Spain. I wanted to ask if any of you have experienced something similar with your drone. Suddenly, the gimbal has started to dance without stabilizing when I turn on the drone. I have calibrated the IMU and the compass, but it doesn't solve the issue. I have shared the following link where you can see the problem:

I was wondering if you have any idea what could be causing this? Your assistance in resolving the problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Can you please confirm if you also tried to perform the gimbal calibration via the DJI Go 4 app? If yes and still the issue persists, I'm afraid that you may consider sending the unit in for a proper diagnosis.
