Yes, Jersey City, NJ is developing nicely. They seem to balance life out very well. Planning takes lifestyle into account there.

So when I was flying there I put out two cones and a landing pad so the dogs wouldn't come into the landing path. So this dog walked right up while i was flying and peed on the cone.

The centre of that park would make a good top down shot.

Nice that a fountain was nearby.  Living on a boat on my own property I don't have problems with dogs.  However, when I lived on land in a suburban neighborhood I used to get so mad when people would be out walking their dogs and then not clean up the poop.  I mean how hard is it to carry a poop back and clean up after your dog.  Anyway this one gent had a large dog and he would leave a pile of poop that you would have thought came from a horse.  Finally, my neighbors got fed up and put it in a large plastic trash bag and dumped it on his driveway.  We never saw him out walking his dog after that.

I get the same thing where I live. They would never leave it in front of their house.
