Hello All.  Is it possible to upgrade a DJI Phantom 2 Vision+ v2 to a V3?  

Also, I am considering purchasing a used DJI Phantom 2 Vision+ v2 for $750.  The only thing I have to add is the sd card.  I can not afford to get a new V3 version but do not want to downgrade to the non plus version.

Possible, yes but DJI has mentioned it is not suggested to do so.  I cannot say why, they don't say, maybe a liability thing.  There is no "kit" to upgrade so individual parts like motors, props, etc. would need to be purchased separately.
