Thanks for getting back to me.

Yes I tried attaching the camera but the default position is its closed flat position and it does the same with a camera attached. I cannot get it to move past the position you see on this video via the link with the camera. I tried the Restore Gimbal Setup, System Calibration and of course Auto Tune.

It seems like the toggle does not move the roll.

Thank you for your confirmation, Lisa. As you have tried restoring the gimbal and doing system calibration but the issue is the same, you may need to send the gimbal back to us for further service.
