Hey Guys,

Just bought the dji mini 3 today, i charged the battery and turned on the drone, connected my phone to the controller and then the drone to the app
however the app says that my drone is unable to take off and says that it has 0% battery but the drone is showing that it has full battery any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, I am sorry to read about the issue. May I know if you have another battery to try with to confirm if the issue persists? If there is no other battery, you may try to connect the drone to the DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) https://www.dji.com/downloads/so ... sumer-drones-series to update/refresh the latest firmware.
If the issue persists, you may need to send both the drone and battery back to us for replacement as you received it today. Please start a case here: https://repair.dji.com/us/repair/replacement
If the issue can be solved with another battery, you may send the battery only back. Thank you.

If you don't have it, please download the app from the provided link: https://www.dji.com/global/downloads If the issue still exists, you can try connecting the drone to DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) at https://www.dji.com/downloads/so ... sumer-drones-series to update or refresh the firmware to the latest version. If the issue still exists, could you please let me know if you have an additional battery that you can use to determine if the issue persists, or if you don't have another battery? I'm having the exact same issue as this. Mini 2 4k. I've updated the firmware and it's still not recognizing that the battery has a charge. Mine arrived yesterday.
