Pocket 3 Motion lapse whilst I chase boats.


And the pocket 3 was such a distration that the people passing didnt even realise that I was flying a drone,,  even though they were asking each other if I was.  

Ive cropped this in post due to the lack of zoom on the Poclet 3.

To be fair the ships along there do move at some speed,   enough that the Mini 3 has to work hard to circle them safely.

Im also loving the new video upload in the forum for these short clips too though,

Are you shooting in 720p or is the forum compressing to 720p on upload?

The forum compresses to 1080 but you have to tap and select that in the bottom right of the video.

Okay, I see where it shows up at 720 but if I tap on it I can change it to 480 or 1080.

Yeah, I saw all the clouds in the sky but I didn't want to mention them as I'm sure you are upset with the weather enough without me bringing it up again.

It’s a bit naff but still a great feature for short clips I may not want littering my YouTube.    Also this clip I cropped due to lack of zoom.    I’ll post some drone boat pics tomorrow if my daytrip doesn’t get in the way.

We got soaked getting back to the car and the wind came out of nowhere which ripped the sunny shade cover off my controller.    A new storm is coming called ciaran this week.

Storm Ciarán is expected to arrive in the UK and Ireland, France, and the Iberian peninsula on Wednesday night into Thursday. Gusts of up to 100mph (160km/h) could be possible.

Yeah, probably best to wait and then do any repairs needed after Ciaran blows through.  Hopefully, you will not suffer any additional damage.

It's already getting wild here,  sent the drone up this morning to do some long exposure sky shots and it was too rough to hand catch it so I had to land in some grass.

If that storm forecast holds out that I saw this morning it will no doubt be a washout.  Although, maybe the storm will blow through quicker and by Saturday it will be held.

Absolutely.   I tried using SWMBOd phone a few times so I could use mine during the wait but she got tetchy not being able to read or Facebook.
