I have bought this for several years. It has been fine until yesterday — the lock gimbal mode was suddenly not working. When I press and hold the function button, the pocket can enter the lock gimbal mode. But when I lose the button, it automatically unlocks.

I have tried to reset the settings, but it did not help. Could anyone  tell me how to fix it? Thank you!

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. May we know if the gimbal lock icon is displayed on the screen?  After long pressing the function button, the gimbal will completely lock the camera orientation and enter the lock mode.

Hi, I found myself pressing the wrong button. To keep it locked you must press the button next to the joystick for a few seconds. Then the camera will be locked.
