I just bought a Mini 4 Pro and the RC2 will not activate. Login Successful - Activate - I press activate and I get Activation failed.Check and try again. Error code : Server error (500).  
I have tried about 15 times and am about ready to return it to BestBuy.

Same thing here in Kelowna, BC. Buddy just got a Mini 4 Pro and RC 2Fly more combo, charged everything up and go to setup and activate and getting activation failed.Check and try again. Error code : Server error (500). Also purchased from Best Buy in Kelowna.

Awesome. I'm glad you managed to make it work. This can also be fixed by using another iOS or Android device to log in/activate or checking if the edited aircraft name or the login email address contains special characters. If so, the name or email address needs to be changed.

Thank you ,this was using an RC2, and we also tried using my buddies Samsund S23 Ultra as a hot spot to no avail. The WiFi here is high speed fiber optic, 1 GB a second so...no data transfer issue there, and other pages on laptops loading fine.
I'd say it's a server error on DJI's side, I've seen it before when an update comes out and the server is busy, couple hours or the next day and everythings fine

I just got mine delivered and I e tried ten times and this is the same code I’m getting  
Hopefully it will work in a bit . Sounds like a DJI server problem

Have been told to return my controller for repair due to the same issue on a brand new Mini 4 purchased direct from DJI as apparently its a firmware issue.

Have now requested a full refund as have no intention of accepting a repaired or refurbished replacement when the one I purchased is faulty without ever turning a propeller.

DJI really need to sort this out along with replacing faulty units with new ones that have had the correct updated firmware installed.

sorununuzun çözüldüğüne sevindim dostum. benim sorunum 3 gündür devem ediyor. sürekli araştırma yapıyordum. farklı wi-fii ağlarını denedim. farklı hesaplar açarak denedim.
