Hi

A terrible thing happened to me. During my vacation I used DJI Action 2 Power Combo. The internal memory was full and I moved the videos to the SD card. Unfortunately, an error occurred during transfer. I clicked again and the transfer was completed, but all the videos disappeared from the internal memory and they are not on the SD card. Is there any way to recover them?

Thanks for help!

Hi, WicherTrzcinica. Sorry about the experience. Do not perform new writing operations on the SD card yet, such as taking photos or recording videos. I cannot guarantee that all data can be recovered but you can try recovering the damaged SD card with CMD. First, insert the SD card with a card reader into a computer. Go to the Start menu and enter “cmd” in the search column. Press Enter and you can find “cmd.exe” in the program listing. Click “cmd.exe” and you can see the command window below, which allows you to restore the damaged SD card without reformatting. And then enter chkdsk f: /f
For example: “chkdsk [space] f: [space]/f” Notes: Between two [spaces] is the drive of the damaged SD card. If this does not work, we recommend using a professional third-party tool for data recovery. Have a great day ahead.

I had a similar experience. When I accessed the gallery through the Mimo app, the files reappeared. It seems there was a delay in updating the thumbnails in the camera gallery
