Can you please provide a solution to the following problem. After updating to the latest firmware on both the mini 3 pro and the RC Controller I managed to fly without any issues. However, after that day, the RC controller will not power on. I have tried using different chargers, power cables, long press/short press15 second press, removed the SD card, downloaded DJI Assistant 2 - no luck!

Can I emphasise again, the controller is dead, does not power on, no lights, so any suggestions to re-fresh the firmware, back any files will not work

Hello, there. Seeing that you have tried different chargers and cable, we recommend you charge the remote controller overnight to have a try. If the DJI RC still does not have any lights on, please send it back for diagnosis and repair. Here is the link: https://repair.dji.com/us/repair/index
