Fantastic 360 DA.    Despite what appears to be rain clouds looming that is an amazing location to fly at.  Once again the Mini 3 Pro performed perfectly.

Id say Winnats is nicer,  this was a little touristy for my taste.   You should be able to spot a coach in the shot.

Just past that coach carpark there was shops and restaurants,  including a Christmas shop.   It was a bit tacky,  but not as bad as lands end that you could almost mistake for Gretna green.

It was just west of Gretna Green that I got my car written off just over 7 years ago.
Stranded in Scotland 500 miles and a ferry crossing from home.

They were a bit slow to react. They were'nt really geared up for Scotland, We had a long wait for recovery.
But hiring cars to get us home was not too bad.

Well they wanted to fly us back but the only destination available was Bordeaux, which would have meant a taxi or hire car to get us the 400 Kms back home. Plus we had masses of luggage, and three other occupants of the car besides ourselves, who we needed to get home to the Manchester area.
I told them the only option was hire cars on both sides of the Channel, and explained why.
Then pointed out it would be much cheaper for them too.
So they agreed.

Indeed. Fortunately, the car hire company we used kindly let us take the car right into Portsmouth terminal, with a driver to take the car back to their agency some 5 miles away,  Great service from the company with the green logo .
