Unfortunately, I have the same problems and I tried ALL procedure more times: no ways. I also tried to update all Firmaware (RX and TX) but both update nothing..., simply doesn't happen anything.
I now send back my DJI Mic 2 and ask for a new one, hoping there will be a way to update them and to pair them to the Osmo Pocket 3.
However, it is incredible that despite numerous reports, this problem has not yet been resolved.
