My Mini 3 pro combo came with the rc controller. I bought a RC-N1 controller but can't get it to connect.Can anyone explain how to switch from the RC controller to the RC-N1.Went thru the pairing process but it will never pair. Tried apple phone and an andriod tablet but no luck. Can't get it to connect to my mavic air either.

Hi, bowbilly. Thank you for reaching out. RC-N1 is not compatible with the Mavic Air. Please download the DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) to update the firmware of the RC-N1 and then try pairing it again with your Mini 3 Pro. Please keep us posted.

You may need to update the firmware on the RC N1,  I think you can do this with the DJI Assistant software.
