Just wondering if anyone knows.... if I order the dual remote Inspire,  do I ALWAYS need a co-pilot to operate the camera or can I opt to fly solo?  Thanks!

You can fly solo...but you'll have to work the camera pan with the second controller.

You don't need two operators. If you go with two then now you are giving the second(slave) radio the opportunity to control the camera, its app features, and all its axis's. With only one radio you are capable of all of the same things with the exception of the yaw axis of the camera(might also be the roll as well).

I talked with DJI Tech he said dual remote or single remote all setup via app I order the dual so I justify breaking the bank and hopefully get her taking picture but for the day she doesn't wana play well the single remote will be just as fun, I ordered the Carl Zeiss Cinimizer's to work with my iPad for dual view option
