Seems though when you turn off the P3 in this mode and back on it defaults to 2.7K and not the 4k option that was previously set.

sounds like a software glitch. Maybe they can fix it with an update.

I hope so.  

Funnily enough here it seems alright. I guess I'd still just take video and speed it up to the speed I want.

Really nice 15x test DA.  

Shame that the OP3 defaults back to 2.7K when turned off and doesn't retain the last used 4K setting.

Seems that if I only use the power button to turn to off and on it's not an issue.

She did the couple in the dark under instruction,  yesterdays was mine,   I drive mostly if we are together.

That's generally our arrangement too.  Mrs. B has only taken the car out a couple of times this year.

Mrs.B doesn't refuse, but she doesn't mind taking the wheel occasionally. But I do have to prompt her.

Mine wont refuse if theres a reason,   like if were going to a restaurant but unless theres a specific point shes not keen.
