Sunny days on the Isle of Skye are something unusual, especially in October, so having good weather means taking full advantage of it - so in one day we flew Portree, Quirang, Old Man of Storr, Lealt and Mealt Falls, some with the AIR3 and some - closer to people like this one with the MINI3 Pro!
Somewhat difficult lighting conditions with the shade over the falls, but with a little knowledge and the amazing camera of the MINI3 Pro we prevailed and captured something of interest... I hope the 2 German guys who were flying before us got something as good if not better

Thank you, it was soo busy I wasnt sure I would have the footage I needed to make something, but it came together well
My pleasure. Sad thing is every time I watch one of your videos I get the travel bug to get back over to see parts of Scotland again. Unless things have changed I remember March - May was usually the driest season albeit it still a bit cool in March.

If inspiration to visit has come from our video's, then they have done heir job
Lots of food, a bit to drink, a warm house, some nice gifts and a lot of relaxing.. Looking forwards to making a Turkey Curry and a Turkey Broth tomorrow, and then off out drone flying with friends on Friday - hoping to get into the leather workshop for a few hrs tomorrow to work on a couple of projects...

Hope your festive period has been a good one?
Sounds like you were enjoying indeed!
Yeah, very nice times here too with the family.
2 days of a lot of happiness.
My travel plans for this upcoming summer have changed a bit as I'll be headed to several small islands (Palau, Fiji, Bora Bora) in the Pacific. Summer 2025 I'm looking at the UK and Iceland.

Niiice, plenty of footage from the Pacific would be a good result, if the opportunity arises
I've been there many years ago while in the Navy but this time I'd like to spend more time on the islands as a tourist and just enjoy the tropical views. Has always been a dream vacation of mine.
