Hello!

I am still relatively new to operating drones, and I'm having an issue that I don't know how to diagnose. I have a DJI Mavic Mini that I've used to get phenomenal shots before, and recently I've found that it's starting to have some issues that I'm hoping others can help with. I have provided a video so you can see what I mean.

VIDEO:

To start, the camera angle is supposed to range from -90 to 20 degrees, and my drone did just that, but in the video, you'll see that it goes much higher than 20 degrees and doesn't quite reach the -90 angle. Interestingly enough, I had this same issue yesterday but the range wouldn't go any higher than about -30 degrees, and went well past -90. I did recalibrate everything again this morning, so that is probably why I'm having the same issue but within a different threshold.

The second issue I'm having I believe is a product of my first problem, and that is the swaying that is now present in all of the video I take. Obviously, it's not as apparent when I am panning slower but it still definitely shows. This hasn't been a problem previously (before the last couple of weeks), and I haven't had any major crashes outside some tree branches onto the grass. And please, do not pin the blame on the power lines that are behind the home because it's an issue when there aren't powerlines as well.

Let me know if I can answer any questions.. thank you!

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Kindly please try to perform the IMU and Gimbal calibration then check if the issue persists. If yes, I'm afraid that you may consider sending in the unit for proper diagnostics. You may create an online repair case using this link https://repair.dji.com/repair/index . Thank you for your understanding and support.
