As you all know the forums provide excellent help from users of DJI products, but also you score points, the points enable exchange for DJI credits that can be used as cash savings on future purchases. The points add up and can save you a few quid, dollars, on future purchases.

HOWEVER ! If you are not using the PC version of the forum you do not get points, I don't know why, however  if you want to build up some cash points make sure your using the PC version and not the mobile version.

Question for DJI, why is this ?

Hi there. Thank you for your feedback. When using the DJI Forum on your mobile device, you will still gain points however, it will not show on the interface on the mobile version. You may check once you log in to your PC and access the DJI Forum. Hope this clarifies your query. Thank you for your valued support.
