May I confirm if you are referring to the shutter speed of the H20 series?

If so, please see below:
For H20 and H20T:

    Zoom Camera: 1 ~ 1/8000s
    Wide Camera: 1 ~ 1/8000s

For H20N:

    Zoom camera:

        Photography: 1/8000 - 8s
        Video: 1/8000 - 1/30s
        Night scene recording (enhanced noise reduction turned off): 1/8000 - 1/10s
        Night scene recording (enhanced noise reduction turned on): 1/8000 - 1/5s

    Wide-angle camera:

        Taking pictures: 1/8000 - 0.8s
        Video: 1/8000 - 1/30s
        Night scene recording (enhanced noise reduction turned off): 1/8000 - 1/10s
        Night scene recording (enhanced noise reduction turned on): 1/8000 - 1/5s

If you set a custom camera in the APP, the minimum time between two shots is a minimum of 1s and a maximum of 10s.

Zoom: 7.41mm x 5.56mm, True Focal Length: 6.83-119.94 mm
Thermal: 7.68mm x 6.144mm, True Focal Length: 13.5 mm
