One team took the mick and now everyone is suffering.

Generally what happens.  Instead of just punishing or disciplining the offenders it just gets taken out on everybody.  Talk about a morale killer.

Sorry,  mick was the more polite version.

It's certainly caused some morale issues in the teams that work there.   Especially when some teams work very differently to others.
